Best customer experience ever! Coming from the world of BMW and Tesla I was truly impressed by the after-sales service from the managers—it was simply incredible. I did have some technical issues when the car was delivered, but both the Director of Sales and the Director of Finance were extremely responsive.
They even offered a valet service, despite the fact that I live quite far from the dealership.
I have two other Volvo dealerships much closer to my home, but I will continue doing business with Park Avenue—their service is hard to beat!

I was a bit hesitant to buy from here as an Ontario resident, but they are well versed in the process and made it incredibly easy. They provided all the correct paperwork and tax info needed for a quick registry back home on Ontario the next day.
Exceptional service! I was visiting from out of town when my check-engine light came on. I contacted them first thing on January 3rd, and despite being booked solid, they made time to run a diagnostic scan to identify the issue. Although the problem couldn’t be fixed immediately, they reassured me that it was safe to drive back home. This is exactly how customer service should be. A special shout-out to Guylain for demonstrating both professionalism and empathy.
