I had a really nice experience with the staff with my purchase. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Nina did a great job explaining and showing the features. Went quite smoothly. The only issue was a missing piece that was forgotten, but they sent to me to immediately. Very enjoyable.
Best customer experience ever! Coming from the world of BMW and Tesla I was truly impressed by the after-sales service from the managers—it was simply incredible. I did have some technical issues when the car was delivered, but both the Director of Sales and the Director of Finance were extremely responsive.
They even offered a valet service, despite the fact that I live quite far from the dealership.
I have two other Volvo dealerships much closer to my home, but I will continue doing business with Park Avenue—their service is hard to beat!

I was a bit hesitant to buy from here as an Ontario resident, but they are well versed in the process and made it incredibly easy. They provided all the correct paperwork and tax info needed for a quick registry back home on Ontario the next day.
